Welcome to AISEO.ai, an AI writing assistant provided by our company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Before you start using our service, please take a moment to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our website at https://aiseo.ai (the “Service”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the Service in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the website, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the website by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Service Eligibility

To access AISEO.ai, you will need to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

AISEO.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AISEO and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AISEO.

User Content

Our Service allows you to input content, including text, and to generate content using our AI tools. You retain all of your rights to any content you submit, input, or generate through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own the content created, used, or posted by you on the service, or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these terms.

You also represent and warrant that the creation, use, and posting of your content does not violate, misappropriate, or infringe on the rights of any third party, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

You agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of content you post on or through the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  3. To transmit, or procure the sending of, advertising or promotional material, including junk mail, chain letters, spam, or similar solicitation.
  4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or is connected with an unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  6. To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or that may harm the Company or users of the Service, or expose them to liability.

Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are monthly or annual, depending on the subscription plan you select. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or we terminate it.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to that payment instrument.

Should automatic billing fail for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually to make full payment. Payment is required to continue the service.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

We do not provide refunds for payments already made, regardless of whether you use the service, unless otherwise required by law.

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from us related to your account and the Service. Communications may include emails, in-app messages, and other types of messages.

We may record telephone calls and electronic communications between you and AISEO personnel for quality assurance and our mutual protection in connection with disputes. This includes emails, support tickets, and other interactions with AISEO, Inc.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including a breach of Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede prior agreements regarding the services.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any service or material we provide through them, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if all or any part of our services is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our services, or the entire service, to users, including registered users.

Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of our services after revised Terms are posted means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of changes, as they are binding on you. If you do not agree to new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by AISEO.ai of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or a waiver of any other term. Any failure by AISEO.ai to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

If any provision is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

By using our services or other services provided by us, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of service and agree to be bound by them.
